1、 FOB 港口交货价
Free on board (指定交货港)
在这种方式下，除了货物本身的价值以外，还要加上你把货物运到上海码头的运费，和报关出口手续费以及上海码头上产生的杂费，才是总的成本价格。
简便公式: FOB = 货价＋国内运杂费
2、CFR 或者 CNF 目的港交货价
CFR= cost + freight
CNF= cost and freight
比如约定在美国纽约港口交货，就叫做CNF NEW YORK， 在这种方式下，除了FOB价格之外，还要加上货物运到美国纽约的运杂费。
简便公式:CNF = FOB＋远洋运费
3、CIF 到岸价格（指定目的港）
CIF=cost + insurance + freight
这种方式就是在CNF价格的基础上，加上一点保险费。
简便公式:CIF = FOB + 远洋运费 + 保险费
